Summer, sun and salads. They go together and as the temperatures start to rise and the holidays creep up on us, what better way to eat than a fresh tomato and basil salad.

All you need is some freshly picked and washed tomatoes, basil, onions and garlic along with good balsamic vinegar and of course Prince Albert Olive Oil.
Cut the tomatoes generously, sprinkle them with chopped onions, garlic and fresh basil leaves.
Add some balsamic vinegar and olive oil and enjoy outside in the shade, next to a pool or the ocean (optional).
